Questions about working with Intellego Health
The right scope depends on the decision you need to make and the arrangement you are considering.
Can you help with an unusual valuation question?
Yes. Our work includes bundled digital health fees and specialized intellectual property, as well as business and compensation valuation. Describe the arrangement or asset and the decision the analysis needs to support.
Why can a digital health management fee require more than a staffing analysis?
The MSO may provide software, brand rights, and other assets alongside administrative services. A fee based only on administrative labor can omit those contributions. We evaluate the components and reconcile them into the payment covered by the agreement.
Can one engagement include business and compensation valuation?
Yes. A practice acquisition, for example, may require both a business valuation and analysis of proposed physician compensation. We identify the separate questions and coordinate the related assumptions.
What information should we provide first?
A short description of the transaction or arrangement, the parties involved, the services or assets included, and your target timing is usually enough to begin scoping. The detailed information request follows from that scope.
How are fees determined?
Fees reflect the work and deliverables required. Relevant factors can include specialty mix, individual provider analyses, locations, operating models, agreement components, scenarios, and the discussion or presentation support requested.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on the scope, information availability, and review process. We discuss the target date and dependencies when preparing the engagement.
Can an existing report be updated?
We first assess what has changed in the arrangement, data, market evidence, valuation date, and intended use. The update scope reflects the work needed to address those changes.
Does every project require a formal opinion?
No. Some projects call for preliminary analysis, scenario modeling, policy support, or appraisal review. We clarify the intended use and distinguish those deliverables from a formal valuation opinion.
Can you work with our attorney or other advisors?
Yes. We can coordinate on scope, transaction terms, assumptions, and questions about the analysis as part of the engagement.
